Fastest route for streamers
The companion app's Help tab has a built-in Report a Bug form that attaches your app version and diagnostics automatically — use it when you can.
Email us
To help us fix it fast, include:
- what happened, and what you expected instead;
- whether you're a streamer (companion app) or a viewer (overlay);
- for round disputes: the game's entry from the companion's History tab (date, champion, outcome);
- your app version and Windows version, if it's a companion issue.
Quick answers
- No round opened? Rounds only open for ranked Solo/Duo on Summoner's Rift, with the companion running and signed in — see the Setup Guide.
- Result showed late? That's stream-delay protection working — reveals are held so they never beat the broadcast.
- Game voided? Matches ending before 5:00 follow Riot's remake rule: the round is voided and nobody's record changes.
